Before returning a product for refund or replacement, please read the following Return Policies and Exceptions:

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

If your merchandise was damaged in shipment, report the damage at once to Marshall’s Arts by calling 1-616-949-7016.  You will then be instructed on how to return the damaged merchandise in its original carton for INSPECTION.  Merchandise must be returned with original carton or claim cannot be honored.

UNUSED MERCHANDISE:

Guaranteed Satisfaction with 90-Day Return Policy.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Marshall’s Arts, please return the unused merchandise, in its original container, within 90 days for a complete refund of the merchandise purchase price. Repack the item in a sturdy box with original packing slip filled out explaining reason for return. If you would like to exchange the item, please include a note with replacement instructions. Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Send back UPS/FedEx Ground or Insured Parcel Post. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
